The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sheohar P.S. Case No. 112 of 2018 for the offenses punishable under Sections 25(1-B)(a)/26 of the Arms Act. The allegation in the present case is regarding the petitioner having been apprehended by the Police whereupon one country made pistol along with one cartridge was recovered from the waist of the petitioner.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in the present case as also he is languishing in custody since 01.06.2018 i.e. from more than six months.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the
