Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Maigra P.S.Case No.31 of 2019 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per FIR, petitioner happens to be Bhaisur and Gotani of the deceased. Case is under Section 302 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code causing her death and disposed of the dead body.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that no specific allegation has been attributed and he has stated on oath in para 8 that the partition took place between

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M. Ist class, Sherghaty in connection with Maigra P.S.Case No.31 of 2019 subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure and with further condition to co-operate in the investigation.
