ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 03-12-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 19.07.2019, in connection with Karjain P.S. Case No. 64 of 2019 for the offences under Sections 457 and 380 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the only because the petitioner is the neighbour of the informant and has inimical terms, his name has been brought in connection with the present case. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the entire allegation of theft is false and there has been no recovery from the present petitioner.
