The petitioner seeks regular bail in Bajpatti P.S. Case No. 248/2018, registered for the offences punishable under Section 363 and 366 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. F.I.R is against unknown. The victim girl has been recovered and she gave her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. In her statement she has stated that she has gone voluntarily with this petitioner and has performed marriage with him. She wants to live with the petitioner. She gave her age 17 1⁄2 years in the Statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. The court assessed her age 18 years. Petitioner is in custody since 03.09.2018.
