2. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Raniganj P.S. Case No. 352 of 2023 dated 09.09.2023, registered for the offence punishable u/s 384, 385 and 304/34 of the I.P.C., pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M., Araria.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application.

4. Permission is granted.

5. Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn.

6. However, if petitioner surrenders before the learned Court below within six weeks from today and seeks regular bail, the learned Court below shall pass order on the same day in
