The petitioner seeks bail in Ladaniya P. S. Case No. 72/2017 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 386 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that his name has come in the written report merely on the basis of mobile call in which it has alleged that caller told the name of this petitioner that Ranjit Mahto @ Ranjit Don is speaking and he made demand of Rs. five lacs as ransom. The caller also told that this petitioner is also with him. Ranjit Mahto @ Ranjit Don has also told on telephone call that he is brother of Rohit Yadav, who was also with him who is a shooter.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.71295 of 2018(3) dt.19-12-2018 2/2 Learned counsel for petitioner submits that Rohit Yadav has already been granted regular bail by this Hon'ble Court by order dated 11.12.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. 73360 of 2018.

Petitioner is in custody since 9.8.2017.

Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the ACJM- IV, Madhubani, in connection with Ladaniya P. S. Case No. 72/2017 subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
