JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 09-01-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and counsel appearing on behalf of the State as well as informant. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Pali P.S. Case No. 41 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 504, 379, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and petitioner is in custody since 16.9.2018.

The prayer for bail is opposed by the counsel appearing on behalf of the informant.

From the materials available on record there is injury on the left eye and investigation has been complete against this petitioner.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal
