The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Bhorey P.S. Case No. 215 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 436,504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the petitioners have no criminal antecedents. He submits that allegation against these petitioners is that they were seen fleeing from the place of occurrence. He further submits that there is a land dispute between the parties. Considering the aforesaid facts that petitioners have no criminal antecedent and there is land dispute in between the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.71212 of 2018(2) dt.17-12-2018 2/2 parties, the Court is inclined to grant privilege of the anticipatory bail, let the petitioners above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within one month from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-XII, Gopalganj, in connection with Bhorey P.S. Case No. 215 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 Cr.P.C.
