JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 09-01-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Laukahi P.S. Case No. 123 of 2018 ( G.R. No. 1035 of 2018) for the offence under Sections 272/273/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 30 (a) of Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016 as well as under Section 25 (1 - b) A, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the instant case petitioner is languishing in jail since 20.7.2018. Considering the fact that petitioner is in custody since 20.7.2018, let the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District & Sessions
