The petitioner is accused in connection with Excise Case No. 221 of 2018 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Excise Act.
The accusation is of recovery of 484 bottles, in total 181.56 litres, Indian made liquor from the vehicle, which was being driven by this petitioner.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 08.10.2018.
Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.71341 of 2018(2) dt.04-12-2018 2/2 on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Goptaganj, in connection with Excise Case No. 221 of 2018. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the close relative of the petitioner.
