2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Ghorasahan P.S. Case No. 540 of 2022, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 461, 379, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per allegation, the Sub-Divisional Agriculture Officer inspected the shop of the petitioner no. 1 (uncle of the informant) and found 302 bags of Urea. The Officer demanded the relevant paper, but he failed to produce the same, saying that the same was kept in almirah of his aunt. Further, one Tapas Kumar broke the lock of his shop and loaded the urea in his vehicle.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. The allegation of theft is not against the petitioners rather it is against Tapas Kumar. The allegation against them is that they were in conspiracy with Tapas Kumar. He has submitted further that the informant is nephew is petitioner no. 1.

5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sikrahana at Dhaka, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Ghorasahan P.S. Case No. 540 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
