The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Special Case No. 9054 of 2018 arising out of Kankarbagh P.S. Case No. 907 of 2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a), 38(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. The allegation is regarding recovery of small quantity of illicit liquor when the petitioner was apprehended by the police.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that the petitioner is having a clean antecedent and is languishing in custody since

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on regular bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise Act, Patna in connection with Special Case No. 9054 of 2018 arising out of Kankarbagh P.S. Case No. 907 of 2018.
