Petitioner apprehends his arrest in Mansoorchak P.S. Case No.63 of 2018, registered under Sections 498(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is ready to keep his wife.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant submits that the wife is also willing to live with her husband. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner, who happens to be the husband of the informant is directed to surrender in the court below within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order and on such the learned court below shall enlarge the petitioner on provisional anticipatory bail fox six months on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.74624 of 2018(2) dt.20-12-2018 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM-1st, Begusarai in connection with Mansoorchak P.S. Case No.63 of 2018, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C.

The court below shall make all efforts to resolve the dispute between husband and wife and if the husband keeps his wife properly, the learned court below shall confirm the provisional bail of the petitioner immediately thereafter. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J) S.KUMAR/- U T
