The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Ara Nawada P.S.Case nO.531 of 2018 G.R.No.3635 of 2018 registered for offences punishable under Sections 399, 402 of the Indian Penal Cod and Sections 25(1b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act.

Allegation against the petitioner is about recovery of one country-made pistol and one cartridge.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is of false implication , having no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since10.8.2018.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.73441 of 2018(2) dt.13-12-2018 2/2 circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Ara in connection with Ara, Nawada P.S.Case no.531 of 2018, G.R.No.3635 of 2018..

With the aforesaid observation, this application is allowed.
