The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No.113 of 2013 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 308, 324, 325, 323, 379, 427, 447 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is a case and counter-case. The petitioner is alleged to have assaulted the informant with dabiya on her cheek and elbow. Petitioner happens to be his co-sharer and on account of land dispute, this case has been lodged but it appears from the order of the learned Sessions Judge itself that the petitioner gave two blows with sharp edge weapon causing injury on cheek and elbow of the informant and grievous injuries were found. Considering the aforesaid facts, I am not inclined to
