The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Dighwara P.S.Case No.203 of 2018 dated 18.9.2018 registered for offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 376, 511, 506, 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is of attempting to commit rape of the informant.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he is in custody for 2 1⁄2 months and there is land dispute between the parties and further no case under Sections 376 and 511 of the IPC is made out.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.71698 of 2018(2) dt.12-12-2018 2/2 circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Saran, Chapra in connection with Dighwara P.S.Case no.203 of 2018. With the aforesaid observation, this application is allowed.
