ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 27-11-2025 The prayer sought for in the petition filed by the writ petitioner seeks a general direction to the respondents-Patna Municipal Corporation seeking demolition of the un-authorised buildings which are existing in Pirmohani, Lohanipur, Railway Hundar Road, Lalji Tola.

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction of the respondents-authorities in spite of giving a representation to them and also a direction given vide letter no. 9224 dated

Patna High Court CWJC No.19148 of 2025(2) dt.27-11-2025 2/2 25.08.2025 (Annexure P/3) asking the Municipal Commissioner to take necessary action.

3. This Court is of the opinion that the petitioner has to file a Public Interest Litigation as he is not seeking any specific direction for removal of any un-authorised construction of his neighbour.

4. Having regard to the same, the present writ petition is dismissed with a liberty to move the Public Interest Litigation if he so advised.
