JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 17-06-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State via video conferencing. The petitioners have filed the present application for grant of pre-arrest bail in connection with Complaint Case No. 191(C) of 2015 in which cognizance has been taken under Section 406/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the nature of the offence, the allegation made in the complaint, the plea of innocence taken in the application and the submissions advanced at the bar, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.
