2. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 345 (D), 419, 420 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 66 (D), 67, 67 (A) of the I.T. Act.
3. The case of the prosecution is that the video clips of the daughter of the informant has been made viral in the social media by unknown persons. It is further alleged that certain persons have also hacked the I.D. of the informant and are sending obscene video on the I.D. of the Informant. During the course of investigation, it has come that the mobile from which the video was made viral belongs to this petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in connection with the present case. It is further submitted that for the alleged offence maximum punishment is 3-5 years. Further submission is that without proper investigation, petitioner has been made accused in this case. Further submission is that no case is made out against the petitioner under the aforesaid sections. Moreover, the petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since 01.09.2024 having no criminal antecedent.
5. Learned APP appearing for the state has opposed the prayer of regular bail.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Madhubani Cyber P.S. Case No. 18 of 2024 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani.
