The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Fatehpur P.S. Case No. 213 of 2018, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 379, 411, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation is regarding the petitioner having been caught by the informant and other persons while he was trying to flee away with the motorcycle of the informant. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in the present case on account of an altercation having taken place in between the informant and the petitioner herein. Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.72444 of 2018(2) dt.13-12-2018 2/2 antecedent and he is languishing in custody since 24.07.2018. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to enlarge the petitioner on regular bail.

Accordingly, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. X, Gaya in connection with Fatehpur P.S. Case No. 213 of 2018.
