The petitioner seeks bail in Sadar P.S. Case No. 623 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Sections 363, 366(A) and 365 of the Indian Penal Code.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the written report. The informant has named Md. Sarfaraz and Kuresha Khatoon in the written report of having been last seen with his daughter on Muzaffarpur Railway Station. The name of petitioner has come in the statement of victim girl Anjali Singh. She has disclosed that petitioner who is uncle of Md. Sarfaraz also used to assist Md. Sarfaraz. They had kept her in the room.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.73498 of 2018(3) dt.09-01-2019 2/2 Petitioner is in custody since 21.8.2018 having clean antecedent.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Sadar P.S.
