2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341 , 323 , 504, 307, 379, 506, 34 , 354 ( b ) of the Indian Penal Code . 3 . As per the prosecution case , this petitioner is alleged to have assaulted the informant by knife due to which he sustained injury . Doctor has found the injury simple in nature . Both the parties are agnates. Case and counter case . Petitioner claims clean antecedent.
4. Learned counsel for the State and informant oppose the bail petition of the petitioner.
5 . Considering the nature of injury , case and counter
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.83671 of 2024(4) dt.18-03-2025 2/2 case and other circumstances of the case , in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class cum Additional Munsif Rasxaul East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Chhauradano P.S. case No. 151 of 2024 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure .
