The petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, petitioners happen to be father-in-law and mother-in-law of the deceased and they have no concern with the alleged occurrence. Moreover, there is no specific allegation leveled against the petitioners. The petitioners are rotting in judicial custody since
