JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 11-01-2019 The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Chapra Town P.S. Case No. 560 of 2018 dated 14.09.2018 instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Many persons along with the petitioner are said to have assaulted the informant and others.

Regard being had to the nature of offences and the circumstances under which it was committed and the fact that the person who was assaulted by the petitioner has received simple injuries, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.72608 of 2018(3) dt.11-01-2019 2/2 below within a period of four weeks from today, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Chapra Town P.S. Case No. 560 of 2018, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
