2. In the present case, the petitioner seeks bail in connection with Haspura P.S. Case No. 151 of 2025 dated 21.05.2025, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2) and 109(1) read with Section 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023 and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, some altercation had been taking place between two persons Ramswarup Singh and Krishna Singh. The informant had been watching the quarrel and in the meantime, the petitioner and other co-accused persons opened fire and one shot hit the informant.
4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in the present case. The father of the petitioner

No.82329 of 2025(2) dt.03-12-2025 2/3 and one Krishna Singh were having some dispute and son of Krishna Singh namely, Chandan Kumar made firing and the shot hit the informant and this fact has been mentioned in supervision note after investigation. The present case is counter blast of Haspura P.S. Case No. 150 of 2025, which has been lodged by the father of the petitioner and the informant of this case is an accused in the said case lodged by the father of the informant and in order to pressurize the family of the petitioner, the informant has maliciously lodged this case. The petitioner had been trying to rescue his father who received two bullet injuries and had been trying to pacify the dispute. The allegation of firing against the petitioner is completely false and concocted. Learned counsel next submits that petitioner is having antecedent of three cases and he is on bail in all the cases. Learned counsel lastly submits that petitioner is in custody since 24.09.2025.
5. Learned A.P.P. appearing on behalf of the State opposes the submission made on behalf of the petitioner.
6. Having regard to the facts and circumstances and submissions made on behalf of the parties and considering the doubtful nature of allegation and further considering the counter version of the petitioner's side, the petitioner, above-named, is

No.82329 of 2025(2) dt.03-12-2025 3/3 directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Daudnagar, Aurangabad / concerned Court, in connection with Haspura P.S. Case No. 151 of 2025, subject to the condition laid down under Section 480(3) of the B.N.S.S. and other following conditions:
(i) One of the bailors will be a close relative of the petitioner.
(ii) The petitioner will remain present on each and every date fixed by the court below, if so required by the learned trial Court.
(iii) In case of non-appearance of the petitioner on single date or in violation of the terms of the bail, the bail bond of the petitioner will be liable to be cancelled by the Court concerned.
