The petitioner in this writ petition seeks direction to the respondent University to pay difference of arrears of salary, i.e., D.A., H.R.A. and Medical Allowances for the period of 01.01.2006 to March, 2010 on revised pay after revision of pay scale w.e.f. 01.01.2006.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a batch of writ petition such as CWJC No.18336 of 2010 and others

Patna High Court CWJC No.25679 of 2019(2) dt.13-01-2020 2/2 have been disposed of and the University was directed to calculate the arrears of difference of salary and other allowances to the teacher after acceptance of pay revision and pay the difference of salary and other allowance within three months from the date of receipt of this order.

Having considered the facts, I dispose of this writ petition with a direction to the Registrar, L.N. Mithila University, Darbhanga to dispose of the representation of the petitioner already filed on 11.03.2019 (Annexure-6) within two months from the date of receipt of this order. If the petitioner is entitled to get difference of salary and other allowances on account of revision of pay scale by the U.G.C. and accepted by the State of Bihar, the due shall be paid within one month thereafter.
