JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 03-12-2019 The petitioner has challenged the decision of District Level Selection Committee headed by the District Magistrate, Darbhanga dated 22.10.2018 whereby the committee has recommended for cancellation of the PDS license of the petitioner on the ground of there being a family member of the petitioner, who is a licensee. In paragraph-12 of the writ petition, it has been averred by the petitioner that a representation preferred by him before the District Magistrate, Darbhanga dated 20.12.2018 is still pending consideration.

Patna High Court CWJC No.23965 of 2019 dt.03-12-2019 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would be satisfied that if the concerned respondent viz. the District Magistrate, Darbhanga is directed to dispose of such representation by a reasoned order.

There is no reason why this prayer made on behalf of the petitioner be not allowed.

In the event of the petitioner filing a fresh representation before the District Magistrate, Darbhanga within a period of two weeks, the same shall be disposed of by a reasoned order by the concerned respondent within a further period of four weeks thereafter.

With the aforesaid direction/observation, the writ petition stands disposed of.
