2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under Sections 103, 3(5) of B.N.S.

3. Allegation against this petitioner is that he, thinking that his 18 months old daughter is a eunuch (transgender), killed his daughter by strangulation, on the instruction of his wife.

4. Considering the heinous nature of offence, the prayer for bail of petitioner is rejected. However, since petitioner is in custody since 15.05.2025, the learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial.
