Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Singhia P.S. Case No. 16 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing specific is alleged against these petitioners. Petitioners and the informant are agnates and there is admitted land dispute between the parties. As a matter of fact, the matter has been compromised between the parties as is evident from the Compromise Petitioner filed in the Court below vide

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.73935 of 2018(2) dt.18-12-2018 2/2 Annexure-3. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, V, Rosera in connection with Singhia P.S. Case No. 16 of 2018 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
