The simple relief which the petitioner is seeking, that his father's name has been mis-spelt inasmuch as in place of 'Paramhansh Tiwary', 'Paramhansh Tiwari' has been typed in the original matriculation certificate and registration card issued by the Bihar School Examination Board. He is, accordingly, seeking a direction to make necessary correction in the original matriculation certificate and the registration card.

Patna High Court CWJC No.22569 of 2018(2) dt.28-11-2018 2/2 Considering the grievance which the petitioner has raised, this writ application is disposed of with a direction to the Secretary, Bihar School Examination Board to ensure that the necessary correction is made in father's name of the petitioner within four weeks from today.

Learned counsel for the Bihar School Examination Board shall be required to communicate this order to the Secretary of the Board, forthwith.
