2. The present writ application has been filed by the petitioner for issuance of an appropriate writ or order or direction to the respondent Authorities for transfer of the petitioner in SCERT, Mahendru, Patna from Dist. Institute of Education and Training Institute, Bikram, Patna and also for grant of all consequential benefits.

3. After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner and also perusing the contents of the writ application, it appears that the petitioner has filed a detailed representation (Annexure-8) before the Director, Research and Training Institute, Mahendru,

Patna High Court CWJC No.17655 of 2023(2) dt.03-01-2025 2/2 Patna (respondent no.2) on 06.10.2023 for redressal of her grievances, but till date, nothing has been done in this regard.

4. In such view of the matter, the Director, Research and Training Institute, Education Department, Bihar, Mahendru, Patna (respondent no.2) is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner or her counsel.

5. It is made clear that the Director, Research and Training Institute, Education Department, Bihar, Mahendru, Patna (respondent no.2) shall be personally responsible for noncompliance of this order within the stipulated period.

6. With the aforesaid direction, this writ application stands disposed of.
