2. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 80(2) of the BNS.
3. The case of the prosecution in short is that the daughter of the informant was married to one Rakesh Kumar in the year 2022. Further allegation is that the daughter of the informant was subjected to cruelty on account of non-fulfillment of dowry demand. It is alleged that she was forcefully administered poison due to which she died.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is mother-in-law and she is separate from the deceased and her husband in mess and residence. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the nature of

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the husband of the deceased is already in jail. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is a lady having clean antecedent and is in judicial custody since 19.06.2025.
5. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State has vehemently opposed the bail to the petitioner.
6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Jahanabad Town P.S. Case No. 16 of 2025 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned District & Additional Sessions Judge-III, Jahanabad.
