Mr.Sri Shyameshwar Dayal ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 10-01-2019 Heard the parties.

The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No.1322(C ) of 2017 registered for offences punishable under Sections 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act. On the last date submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner was that the petitioner is ready to keep his wife with all dignity and care and today a prayer has been made that the petitioner does not know the address of the O.P.no.2 , as such he could not bring her back to his wife.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner appears to be improbable as the address is given in the petition itself by the petitioner.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.77751 of 2018(3) dt.10-01-2019 2/2 Heard learned A.P.P. and the learned counsel for the informant. .

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, this application is disposed of with direction to the petitioner to surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from the date of order and make prayer for regular bail, which will be considered by the learned court below itself and if petition is filed by the petitioner for that he is ready to keep her , the learned court below shall issue notice to the O.P no.2 and fix a date to know the view of the O.P.No.2 itself and will pass appropriate order without being prejudiced by the order of this Court till then he will be released on provisional bail to his own satisfaction. With the aforesaid observation, this application is disposed of.
