Petitioner is an accused in connection with Mushahri P.S. Case No. 52 of 2019 for the offence registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in connection with the present case. It is further submitted that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. It is further submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 21.05.2019.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of Additional
