Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 376/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 67A of the I.T. Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. From the allegations levelled in the first information report, no case under section 376 I.P.C. is made out against this petitioner. Moreover, during investigation also, no material has come against this petitioner. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 05.07.2019.
