JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 03-02-2021 The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 26.06.2019 passed in CWJC No. 12593 of 2019 with respect to the District of respondent Nos. 4 to 7.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to inadvertence the district of respondent Nos. 4 to 7 has been mentioned in the writ petition as Darbhanga instead of Madhubani and as a result of which the same has occurred in the order dated 26.6.2019.

Patna High Court MJC No.4699 of 2019(3) dt.03-02-2021 2/2 Considering the aforesaid, the order dated 26.6.2019 passed in CWJC No. 12593 of 2019 is modified to the extent that the district of respondent Nos. 4 to7 should be read as "Madhubani" instead of "Darbhanga". The remaining part of the order dated 26.6.2019 shall remain intact.

With the aforesaid, the present application stands allowed and disposed of.
