Counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have not been engaged as Literate Constable (Operator) in Bihar Police Radio Organization on account of delay in sending the application of the petitioners in time and submits that their case
Patna High Court CWJC No.24183 of 2018(2) dt.18-12-2018 2/2 is covered by the order and judgment passed in C.W.J.C. 13645 of 2017 (Chandan Kumar & Anr. Vs. The State of Bihar & Ors.) disposed of on 25.04.2018.
Let the authority should consider the case of the present petitioners and the petitioners of the aforesaid case and if it is found that the fact, law and prayer of this case is identical to the aforesaid case, the present petitioners will also be granted the identical relief as has been given to Chandan Kumar. With the aforementioned observation, this writ application is disposed of.
