The petitioner seeks bail in Special case No. 9251/18, arising out of Chowk P.S. case No. 387/2018, registered under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016. The petitioner and one another were found loading country made Mahua liquor on motor cycle. The police intercepted the petitioner and recovered pouches of country made liquor from his possession.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 02.10.2018.

Considering the facts aforesaid and nature of allegation made against the petitioner and the fact that petitioner has remained in jail for more than two months, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on his furnishing
