====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE HARISH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 02-12-2025 Heard learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

2. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Basudeopur P.S. Case No. 18 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 354, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The allegation against the petitioners is of causing assault to the informant's husband and his friends by means of brick batting, besides the allegation of threatening.

4. Learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioners submitted that the present case is nothing, but a

Case No. 17 of 2024 instituted against the husband of the informant and his friend, where the petitioners have sustained injuries. Moreover, the injuries which are allegedly sustained to the informant's husband and his friends are concerned, the same have been found to be simple in nature. The petitioners are persons of fair antecedent and the genesis of the occurrence is a land dispute.

5. On the other hand, learned Advocate for the State vehemently opposed the pre-arrest bail application and submits that because of the brick-batting by the petitioner no. 2, the informant and others have sustained injuries.

6. Regard being had to the submissions made on behalf of the parties and considering the nature of accusation qua the injuries sustained to the injured, besides the factum of case and counter case, coupled with the fair antecedent, let the petitioners above named be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger in connection with Basudeopur P.S. Case No. 18 of 2024, subject to the
