The petitioner seeks regular bail in Sultanganj P.S. Case No. 155/2018, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504 and 34 of Indian Penal Code. There is specific allegation in the written report against Arvind Paswan of assaulting on the head of the informant with iron rod.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner that when wife of informant came to save him, she was also assaulted by the petitioner and Gopal Paswan. There is case and counter case. This is counter case of Sultanganj P.S. Case No. 125/2018 filed on the basis of written report of Phulo Devi in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.73298 of 2018(2) dt.10-12-2018 2/2 which informant and other family members are accused. He is in custody since 25.09.2018.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000 (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Ist, Bhagalpur in connection with Sultanganj P.S. Case No. 155/2018.
