Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 307, 448, 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of Arms Act. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to admitted land dispute. Earlier, petitioner has lodged F.I.R. on informant father u/s 302 of the Indian Penal Code. This case is of u/s 307 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner is in custody since 29.07.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail
