The petitioner seeks bail in Sarsi P.S. case No. 101/2010 registered under Section 324/307/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of Arms Act.

The informant alleged that on 01.11.2010 while he was standing near Sarsi chowk Rintu Singh fired at him. The petitioner and others were accompanying Rintu Singh. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that one abrasion 1/2"x1/2" on right head was found on the person of informant. The petitioner is not alleged to have fired and he is in jail since 23.06.2018. The petitioner has remained in jail for about six months.

Considering the facts aforesaid and nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the petitioner, above

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.73769 of 2018(2) dt.13-12-2018 2/2 named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the lime amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in connection with Sarsi P.S. case No. 101/2010.
