The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Ghoshi P.S. Case No.312 of 2018 registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is not named in the written report. No T.I.P has been held. Police arrested this petitioner on suspicion on the basis of recovery of two mobile set from his house. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that those mobile phone belongs to petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 20.08.2018.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.74175 of 2018(2) dt.11-12-2018 2/2 amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub Judge-I, Jehanabad in connection with Ghoshi P.S. Case No.312 of 2018. Both the bailors will be close relative of the petitioner. (Sanjay Priya, J) sanjeev/- U T
