The petitioner seeks bail in Nokha P.S. Case No.203 of 2018, registered under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. The gist of the allegation is that the petitioner and two others, namely, Dhanjee Chaudhary and Manoj Chaudhary are alleged to have indulged in illegal trafficking of illicit liquor and on such information, the police raided the farm house/khalihan of the petitioner and recovered 210 litres of Indian made foreign liquor and the country made liquor.

It is submitted that the petitioner is in jail since 05.09.2019. Three persons are said to have kept the liquor out of which one person, namely, Dhanjee Chaudhary has already been

Having considered the facts and nature of allegations made against the petitioner and the fact that the petitioner has already remained in jail for more than six months and the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, petitioner, namely, Indal Chaudhary is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 2nd Additional District & Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge Excise, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Nokha P.S.
