The petitioner seeks regular bail in Sadar P.S. Case No. 488/2018, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 332, 336, 333, 353, 307, 427, 290, 435, 323 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner in the written report. It is alleged that on account of accident by the truck two persons have died. Thereafter, several persons have assembled at the place of occurrence and blocked the road. It is alleged that they were armed with lathi, danda were causing damage to the government property and also blocking the track. Petitioner is also named as one of the members of mob. He is in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.74387 of 2018(2) dt.12-12-2018 2/2 custody since 02.09.2018 having clean antecedent. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000 (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in connection with Sadar P.S. Case No. 488/2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be close relative of petitioner.
