2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in Sitamarhi P.S. Case No. 513 of 2025, dated 16-07-2025, registered under Sections 8/21 (C) of the NDPS Act and Sections 132, 262, 263, 109 and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita 2023.
3. Total 5.9 litres of intoxicated medicines are alleged to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It is further alleged that three motorcycles were also seized.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. It is further submitted that nothing has been recovered
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.79149 of 2025(2) dt.19-11-2025 2/2 from the conscious possession of the petitioner and he has no concern with the seized motorcycles. Lastly, it is submitted that the petitioner, who has no criminal antecedents, has been in custody since 24.07.2025.
5. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State has opposed the prayer.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, Sitamarhi /Competent court, in connection with Sitamarhi P.S. Case No. 513 of 2025.
7. The application stands allowed.
