Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Birpur (Bhim Nagar O.P.) P.S.case No.83 of 2019 S.t. Excise No.278 of 2019 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. As per FIR, the police got information that petitioner and one Brajesh Yadav were engaged in liquor business and raided the house of Brajesh Yadav and recovered huge quantity of the liquor from his house.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the source of information that the petitioner is engaged in liquor has not been mentioned in the FIR. Nothing has been

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Addl. District and Sessions Judge, second cum Special Judge, Excise, Supaul, District Supaul in connection with S.T Excise Case No.278 of 2019, Birpur (Bhim Nagar O.P.) P.S.Case No.83 of 2019, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
