The petitioner is accused in connection with Buxar (M) P.S. Case No. 300 of 2019, registered under Section 30(A) of the Bihar Excise Act and Sections 25(1-b)a/26 of the Arms Act.

The accusation is of recovery of 29 bottles each containing 200 ml country made liquor kept in a sack and one country made pistol from possession of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 06.10.2019.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.74146 of 2019(3) dt.17-03-2020 2/2 the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cumSpecial Judge, Excise, Buxar, in connection with Buxar (M) P.S. Case No. 300 of 2019. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the close relative of the petitioner.
