2. This is the second attempt of the petitioner for grant of bail. Earlier his application was rejected vide order dated 19.05.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 24233 of 2023.

3. The petitioner and other accused persons have committed dacoity. The petitioner has similar and serious antecedents.

4. It has been vehemently argued by Mr. Ashok Kuman Jha, learned counsel for the petitioner that similarly situated co-accused have been granted bail therefore, the petitioner may also be granted bail.

5. This argument of Mr. Jha does not find favour with this Court.

6. In view of the similar antecedents of the petitioner,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.83842 of 2023(3) dt.23-02-2024 2/2 this application is againt dismissed.
