====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANJANI KUMAR SHARAN ORAL ORDER 07-04-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar Bihar University, Muzaffarpur.

2. By filing the present writ application, the petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs:

"(I) For issuance of an appropriate writ(s)/ order(s)/ direction(s) to the University for sending the total 50 students as per intake capacity of the college, and against that only 3 students have been allotted for admission in M.Ed. Course by letter reference no. 2928 dated 18.11.2024 for counseling for the Session 2024-26 on the basis of Combined

Patna High Court CWJC No.18678 of 2024(3) dt.07-04-2025 2/2 Entrance Test conducted by the University.

(ii) For any other relief/s for which the petitioner is entitled in the eye of law in the facts and circumstances of the case."

Considering the reliefs mentioned above, I deem it proper to direct the petitioner to file a detailed representation before the Registrar, Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar Bihar University, Muzaffarpur (respondent no.2) along with the supporting documents within a period of two weeks from today and the respondent no.2 is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law within four weeks from the date of receipt of representation after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner or through his counsel.

4. Needless to state that the Registrar, Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar Bihar University, Muzaffarpur (respondent no.2) shall be solely responsible for non-compliance of this order within the stipulated period.

5. With the aforesaid direction, this writ application stands disposed of.
